West Suburban Women’s Health is open Monday - Thursday from 8am – 7:30pm and Friday’s 8am - 3pm.  To schedule an appointment, dial 630-654-2229 extension 10.  Our experienced reception staff will assist you in selecting the day and time that will work best for your schedule.  If you will require a specific time, day, or practioner, please be certain to make your appointments in advance as our evening appointments and appointments around the holiday’s fill up quickly.

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Please plan to arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior.  If you are new to our practice, have new insurance or demographic information, or have not been to our office for over 3 years, please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior.
• Be prepared to pay any outstanding balances, payments towards your Global Obstetric Fees or copayments.  WSWH takes personal checks as well as all major credit cards except American Express.
• Bring your insurance card as well as any questions or medical records for the physician.

Our goal at WSWH is maintain our daily schedule and attend to everyone’s needs promptly.  Our physicians are scheduled as such that there is always a physician on call.  Our office has a dedicated triage nurse to answer your questions during office hours and attend to any prescription refills. 

We understand that emergencies occur and have programs in place to address your needs as soon as possible.  Therefore if you are unable to be at the office at the time of your scheduled appointment or need to cancel the appointment entirely, we ask that you call our office as soon as possible and notify our staff.  They will make every effort to reschedule your appointment or fit you into the daily schedule.
