Currently the healthcare industry is in significant flux and both patients and providers frequently change their participation status in insurance plans. We recommend that you remain informed as to your covered services, and that you check directly with our staff at the time that you schedule your appointment as to our participation status. Please be sure to have a current and valid insurance card available when you schedule you appointment, and with you when you check in for your appointment.

West Suburban Women's Health currently participates as preferred providers in every major insurance company PPO plans, including Medicare. If our office is considered "out of network" in your plan, this does not preclude you from seeing us. Being seen by an out-of-network provider often obligates you to different financial responsibilities under your plan. Please familiarize yourself with these responsibilities. If you need help with these clarifications please do not hesitate to contact our billing staff.
Prompt payment for services rendered is expected at West Suburban Women’s Health.  Our offices submit all claims electronically and according to Federal HIPPA standards.  Our billing professionals are Certified Coding Assistants and are able to assist you Monday through Friday from 8am – 4pm.
